Lau Wen Hsin
Wen Hsin lives by the belief that with the right eyes all things can be approached meaningfully. A generalist by nature and data driven by design, Wen Hsin believes that unity triumphs over dichotomy and this sentiment pours into all aspects of his life.Coffee and imperial stouts are his beverage of choice
Professional Experience
Wen Hsin began his career as a part time consultant giving workshops to C-suite looking to implement analytics solutions for financial planning. Subsequently, he took on a role as a full stack developer in DBS Bank in the Compliance department and worked his way into the SRE Engineering and Finance-related Data Engineering roles.His demonstrable ability to quickly understand and solve problems as well as to build strong working relationships with his colleagues has allowed him move towards more system level solutioning roles.He is currently a Data Operations Engineer at Dyson.Wen Hsin has been teaching Systema for 14 years and is the owner of Systema Singapore. He handles the strategy, vision and planning as well as the community management and social media communication. Over the years, he has taught a wide range of students from professional backgrounds ranging from traders, CEOs, life coaches and university professors.Aside from teaching regular workshops and thematic training series, he has also held breathwork and awareness sessions for corporates and organized multiple successful international seminars with top masters from around the world.

Adya Sadanand
Designer by profession, and artist by compulsion, Adya has a nomadic spirit that takes her travelling frequently. She believes in living life to the fullest, and pushing the boundaries of freedom, creativity and expression every day. On beautiful rainy days, she’s either outside getting soaked or getting cosy with book and some freshly brewed tea.
Professional Experience
Innovation Lead with 8 years of experience in Product Design, Experience Design, Design Innovation facilitation, leading workshops and content creation. She loves to collaborate with various stakeholders on the 0 to 1 process of problem statement to disruptive, innovative prototypes. Art, communication and creating content is a passion she intends to pursue for many years to come.Over the past 7+ years, she has led and facilitated more than 65 Design Innovation workshops for a diverse range of clients including NEOM (Saudi Arabia), Stewardship Asia, UBS, Keppel Infrastructure, DSTA, Prudential, CDL, the Prime Minister’s Office, Changi Airport Group, and NCS, among others. Currently serving as Innovation Lead/Associate at Peithos and an Adjunct Fellow at SUTD, she develops and delivers strategic workshops and innovation programs for both international and Singapore-based organizations.
